7 Essential Skills for Enhancing Communication and Connection:

A Free Reflective Listening Mastery Course

This free Reflective Listening Mastery course  is designed to equip you with seven essential skills to become a master communicator through the power of active listening.

Why should I take
this course?

In this course you will learn the art of deepening, labeling, looking for context, observing body language, tuning into tone, paraphrasing and reflecting back what you’ve heard to ensure a deep understanding of the speaker’s message.

Through interactive exercises, you will reflect on areas for personal growth, and practice asking for clarification using the powerful phrase “tell me more” to encourage open dialogue and foster deeper connections. You will also learn the importance of fact-checking to ensure accurate understanding and avoid miscommunication.

Additionally, you will learn to “back pocket” yourself, which involves managing your own reactions and emotions during conversations to create a safe and non-judgmental space for effective communication.

By the end of this course, you will have honed your reflective listening skills, enabling you to build stronger relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of understanding and empathy in both personal and professional settings.

I invite you to join me on this transformative journey and unlock the true power of communication through effective listening.
